Megafood Women’s One Daily
What is Megafood Women’s One Daily?
I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables.
There I’ve admitted it.
Hi, I’m Sara and I don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables.
Confession is half of the cure. If you know you’re not eating right, and a breakfast consists of a bowl of Lucky Charms, followed by a glazed donut and coffee at eleven, and a double quarter pounder (with cheese) combo from Wendy’s for lunch, then you know you need help.
As a woman, life can be even more challenging. We’ve got hormones to deal with. PMS, menstruating, pregnancy–and finally the non-ovulating years of menopause. If that isn’t reason enough to eat a steady diet of fats, sugars and chocolate–I don’t know what is!
Bottom line, we need to take better care of ourselves. There has to be a way of getting those wholefoods, vitamins, minerals, antioxidant-full fruits and nutrient-rich vegetables into our diet, isn’t there?
(I mean, besides actually having to eat them…)
Megafood Women’s One Daily claims to have it all. They provide 100% wholefood nutrients from certified organic herbs and carotenoids and antioxidants with their age and disease defying attributes to support:
- Healthy emotional balance & stress response
- and–Rejuvenate health and well-being
All in ONE easy-to-take caplet, so gentle you can even take on an empty stomach.
Sounds good. I’ll take one bottle with fries on the side…

Now here’s the thing (there’s always a “thing.” It’s the same with men–we love them, but there’s always a ”thing” attached)–
–many of these ingredients are in a low dose. Much lower than most multivitamins on the market. Why? Well, Megafood has an answer to this too.
Apparently, LESS IS MORE. It’s not about throwing huge quantities of stuff into your vitamin, it’s providing fresh, raw whole foods that are more readily biovailable to the body. Ingredients that will be optimally utilized rather than simply flushed through your system.
Okay, I can buy that.
I’m not going to lie however, the proprietary blend quantities are way too low at 50 and 45 mg, and Chromium–an excellent blood sugar regulator that stabilizes appetite and burns sugar for energy so it’s not stored as fat–needs 200-400 mcg to work. What’s “37 mcg” going to do?
Is Megafood Women’s One Daily Safe?
Absolutely. No side effects have been reported from consumers regarding the safety of Megafood Women’s One Daily.
Conclusion
Unbiased testimonials (from outside the official site) are positive. Women are reporting more energy, and looking–and feeling–better. I believe the quality is there for a top-rated daily multivitamin, but I am hesitant over quantity.
Still, I believe in the concept of “less is more” and I know from my early years of eating from a garden, the health value of eating fresh.
At around $44 for a bottle of 90 caplets, you’ll pay .49c each for Megafood Women’s One Daily; nothing compared to what you waste on junk food.
Get on it girls–take it with your French fries if you have to!
Good luck!
