I consider Centrum products to be “middle-of-the-road” multivitamins–they’re not the best on the market, but they’re certainly not the worse either.  And they’re sold in retailers everywhere, so they’re convenient.

One of the factors I dislike about Centrum Silver Adults 50 Plus is it contains only 22% of your daily calcium requirement–and calcium is a big deal for us aging “big kids.”  We don’t want to wind up on the floor with a broken hip like grandma.  So if you purchase Centrum Silver Adults 50 Plus, it’ll be absolutely necessary to supplement more calcium.

At $13.99 (or less) Centrum Silver Adults 50 Plus is not badly priced and a pretty good quality multivitamin.
